Description of the work

Details of the work

Construction began in early February 2024 in Lapa, São Paulo, with the driving of 611 piles for the construction of three 28-story towers, totaling approximately 7,600 m of piles.

The project presented significant challenges in both pile storage and equipment movement, given the lack of initial infrastructure. The piles were then transported approximately 70 m from the driving site due to the impossibility of trucks reaching the site. There were also some setbacks with equipment maintenance, which required repairs to some of the bolts on the hammer used, a PM25-1545. As we had already carried out works on the neighboring land of the same construction company and with the same executive profile, there was an expectation of production of at least 8 piles/day, all with welding, considering the production of the previous work, but after overcoming these obstacles mentioned above, our production closed at 12 piles/day.
