The purpose of the GNG Foundations Whistleblowing Channel is to provide a safe, confidential, and easily accessible environment for our employees, clients, partners, and suppliers to report practices, make representations, file complaints, and record breaches of processes, policies, and internal codes.

All reports are stored indefinitely to allow for the investigation and resolution process, in compliance with specific legal requirements. In addition, consolidated information is used to generate operational statistics; however, no personal data—sensitive or otherwise—will be disclosed.

Any personal data provided, whether sensitive or not, is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

You may choose to file your report anonymously or provide your identification, but rest assured that we guarantee full confidentiality and protection of your identity. Only the parties directly involved in the investigation and resolution process will have access to your identity for the purpose of verifying the information.

We do not allow any form of retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith, nor against anyone who provides information, documents, or collaborates in the investigation of a report.
